Updated DNN, DNN Easy Gallery and DNN Easy News - Moved Hosts

We've updated the server and associated software to the latest DNN, and upgraded several of the modules.  Normally I wouldn't mention this (it happens a lot), but as I also moved us to Microsoft Azure as a part of this one, we're pounding out the kinks, and there may still be some issues here and there.

I've cut the forwarding for the old mail server due to the volume of spam arriving via that mechanism, and so anyone who is caching in violation of the 1 hour set on the DNS records might not update to the new server right away.
